The December luncheon was filled with joy. We celebrated 30 years of enjoying the musical talents of CSO pianist Michael Chertok. CSO President and CEO Robert McGrath received our annual gift from the 2025 April Affair fundraiser, presented by President Carol Schroeder and our April Affair committee. Our April Affair Chair, Lauren Wallace, who passed unexpectedly in May was deeply missed. We were honored to have some distinguished guests.

We immensely enjoyed hearing CSO violinist and Cincinnati Symphony Club member, Evin Blomberg, with CSO Principal Cellist, Ilya Finkelshteyn perform selections of J.S. Bach, Tchaikovsky, Paganini, Cassadó, Glière, and Halvorsen.

Cincinnati Symphony Club member, Kimberly Russ Olka, joined Evin and Ilya at the piano for some of the program.
